LOGIN FAQs

How do I register for the Owner Portal?  If TMGA has an email address on file for you, then you should have received an email with your temporary password.  The email sender is TMGAInc@TMGAInc.com.  Use the Log In box on the right side of this page to sign in with your email address and temporary password, then change the password under your owner profile.

If TMGA does not have an email address on file for you, or if you aren't sure if we do, you will need a Portal Key and your account number to register for the Owner Portal.  Click on Sign Up, enter all of the required information, then click on Sign Up.

I forgot my User ID or password or did not get an email with a temporary password.  What do I do?  Click on “I forgot my login/password”.  Enter your email address.  If your email address matches what TMGA has on file, then you will be sent an email with a temporary password.  Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email with the new password to reach your inbox.  The email will be sent from TMGAInc@TMGAInc.com

If the email does not match our records, you will be sent an email asking that you contact TMGA.  


What if I don’t have my Portal Key or Account Number?  Click on Sign Up and fill out all of the required information.  Click on “I don’t have a portal key or account number”.  Note:  You do not need to fill in your account number if you do not have it.  

As an alternative, please contact us at TMGAInc@TMGAInc.com and give us your name, community address and email address and we will email you the information you need to register for the Owner Portal.

What is a Portal Key (also known as a Registration Key)?  The Portal Key is a number that identifies you as the owner of a particular property.  A portal key is only needed when (1) you need to register for the Owner Portal for the first time and (2) we do not have an email address on file for you.  

How do I log in to the Owner Portal?  In the Log In box, enter the email address and password you used to register.  

This Portal Is Not Recognizing My Password. If your password does not work, it is almost always due to a typo in which similar looking characters are mistaken for each other (e.g. lowercase l and capital I, or letter O and number 0).
